RIVERSIDE, Calif. - The Gonzaga University men's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision to the University of California - Riverside Thursday afternoon.
Playing the singles matches at the beginning of the match, the Bulldogs (5-9) had junior Roman Dojcak, sophomore Conor Feeney and freshman Jake Davis each post victories to leave the match tied at 3-3 heading into doubles play. UCR was able to pull out two victories in the well-played doubles matches to clinch the match 4-3.
Gonzaga closes out the week with a non-conference match against the University of Washington in Seattle, Wash. Friday.
