What's the biggest tip you would give to young aspiring volleyball players out there?
Focus each and every day at practice. You don't realize how much impact one practice has on your overall outcome as a player. It can be difficult, but it is worth it in the end.

How/when did you start playing volleyball?
I started playing volleyball at the YMCA in sixth grade. I was tall for my grade back then and my mom thought it would be a good sport for me to try. I loved soccer though so making that transition was a little difficult, but when I moved to California soccer was so competitive and I was already so far behind that I decided to quit and just focus on volleyball.

What are your goals for the season?
I want to beat BYU, win the WCC and make it to NCAA tournament!

If you had a day off from volleyball, what would you do?
I would probably watch Netflix and hang out with friends.

What made you choose Gonzaga?
I choose Gonzaga because I knew I wanted to go to a small school, stay on the West Coast, leave California, and be somewhere that would challenge me both academically and athletically.

What is your favorite athletic memory at Gonzaga?
My favorite athletic memory was our back to back road wins last year against Santa Clara and USF.

After volleyball, what would be your dream job?
After volleyball I hope to land a job in the marketing department of a clothing firm.

What is your favorite thing about Spokane?
I love how friendly everyone is and how people would do anything to help you out.

Favorite sport (other than volleyball)
Soccer

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I wish that I could sing so badly. I envy Beyoncé, but then again who doesn't.
