Zags look to remain unbeaten at home this season
Gonzaga (6-3-2, 1-1-0) vs. Pacific (2-9-0, 0-2-0)

SERIES NOTES:
This is the 12th all-time meeting between Gonzaga and Pacific. The Tigers lead the series, 7-3-1. The teams have split the four all-time meetings in Spokane. The Zags closed their 2016 home schedule with a thrilling 4-3 overtime win over Pacific. In last season's meeting, GU used a pair of second half goals to hold off the Tigers in Stockton. Callie Best and India Jencks both had assists, and Isabel Jones made two saves. Pacific won six of the first seven meetings in the series, with a draw coming in the second matchup in 1993. The Tigers won the first all-time meeting, 3-0, in Spokane on Oct. 2, 1993.
SCOUTING THE TIGERS:
- After dropping its first three games of the season, Pacific closed August with a pair of wins, but has now lost six straight contests.
- The Tigers are coming off of a 4-0 setback at home to Loyola Marymount Sunday.
- Pacific was outshot, 23-10, including 12-5 in shots on goal. All three of Jenae Packard's three shots were on frame for the Tigers.
- The Tigers' Regan Heslop was forced into eight saves.
- Pacific has been outshot this season, 178-138 (88-61 SOG). The Tigers have been outscored, 24-9.
- Heslop has made 64 saves with a 72.7 save percentage. She has a 2.11 goals allowed average.
- Isabella Pariente has taken a team-high 18 shots, but Kendall Bietsch leads the team with 10 shots on goal and three goals.
- Pacific has been outscored 16-2 during its six-game losing streak.
JODI TO THE RESCUE:
- Jodi Ulkekul scored twice, including the golden goal in the 103rd minute, to give Gonzaga a 3-2 double-overtime win at San Diego.
- Ulkekul's game-winner in the 103rd minute was the fourth-latest goal in the last decade for GU.
- Ulkekul's golden goal gave GU its first win at San Diego since 2014, and only the fifth in 13 tries in program history.
BRING ON EXTRA TIME:
- The Zags have played five matches into extra time this season and GU is unbeaten in those contests.
- Gonzaga has won three of its five overtime contests this season, winning two of the four that have gone to double-overtime.
