SPOKANE, Wash. – Pacific rallied for a four-set (25-27, 29-27, 25-22, 25-20) win over Gonzaga volleyball Saturday.
The Tigers (11-7, 3-3 West Coast Conference) finished the match with a .221 attack percentage, while GU was at .180. Pacific's Riley Patterson had a match-high 21 kills. She added 15 digs. Gabby Leo had 31 assists and 13 digs, and Jadyn Tubbs ended with a match-high 22 digs.
The Zags jumped out early, winning the first thrilling set 27-25. The second set was back-and-forth and featured 10 ties, before Pacific pulled away with the 29-27 win.
The Bulldogs (6-12, 0-6 WCC) were led by
Chapin Gray's 14 kills and 20 digs.
Jenna Kuehn had 20 assists.
Kennedy Croft finished with 10 kills and 10 digs.
Gonzaga travels to Santa Clara (12-6, 2-3) Thursday, before visiting San Francisco (4-13, 0-6) Saturday. Thursday's match is scheduled for 7 p.m., with live video and stats available on GoZags.com.
