THE TIP OFF:
- Gonzaga welcomes Eastern Washington to the McCarthey Athletic Center for the first time since 2011 on Saturday, at 2 p.m.
- GU leads the all-time series, 53-7, since joining Div. 1 in 1958-59. EWU lists the all-time series between the programs at 81-52, in favor of the Bulldogs.
- The Zags are 321-220 all-time against current members from the Big Sky Conference, including 40-1 under Few.
- The Bulldogs are coming off of a 94-81 win over No. 23 North Carolina Wednesday. Gonzaga made 72 percent of its shots from the field in the second half, and finished at 59 percent for the game.
Corey Kispert led all scorers with 26 points, while
Filip Petrusev added 20 points.
- According to KenPom.com, GU has the best adjusted offensive efficiency in the country.
- The Zags have five players averaging double-digit scoring through 13 games, with two more at 9.8 points per game.
- GU's 29 straight wins at home is the longest active streak in the nation, and fourth longest in program history.
- The Bulldogs' 11 consecutive true road wins is currently the longest active streak in the country.
- Gonzaga is first in the nation in total assists (225), third in scoring offense (86.4), fourth in total rebounds (533), sixth in scoring margin (19.0) and assist-to-turnover ratio (1.53), and ninth in field goal percentage (50.4).

Joel Ayayi's 3.44 assist-to-turnover ratio is seventh in the nation. He has 55 assists to 16 turnovers.
- Petrusev currently leads the WCC in blocks per game (1.5), second in rebounds (8.1) and fifth in points (16.2).

- This is the 134th all-time meeting between Gonzaga and Eastern Washington.

SCOUTING THE EAGLES:
- Eastern Washington is coming off a 97-56 win over Nebraska-Omaha Tuesday. The victory completed a 3-0 three-game homestand for EWU.
- Kim Aiken Jr. scored 23 points, making five of his nine three-point attempts. He also pulled down 10 boards. Mason Peatling chipped in 19 points and 12 rebounds. Jacob Davison and Ellis Magnuson combined for 22 points and 13 assists.
- The Eagles. made 54 percent of its shots from the field, and limited Omaha to 33 percent.
- Davison averages a team-high 18.1 points per game. Aiken and Peatling add 16.1 and 15.7 points per outing. Aiken is rebounding 11.8 boards per contest. Magnuson has dished out a team-high 59 assists.

- Make Gonzaga 115-42 in December games under

- Extend GU's home win streak to 30, currently the longest in the nation.

- Since the McCarthey Athletic Center opened in 2004, Gonzaga boasts a 213-15 record at home.
- The Zags' 93.2 winning percentage at home since 2004-05 ranks second in the nation.
- GU has sold out every game since the 6,000-seat McCarthey Athletic Center opened, a streak of 228 games.
- The Bulldogs currently have a home sell-out streak of 261 consecutive games, dating back to the second game of the 2001-02 season, in which 3,900 fans attended a matchup against Montana in the then-4,000-seat Martin Centre.
THE STORY WAS COREY:

Corey Kispert nearly matched his career-high in the Zags' win over North Carolina.
- The junior scored 26 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the field, including 5-of-6 from behind-the-arc. He added three boards and two steals.
- It was Kispert's fourth 20-point game of the season. Entering 2019-20, he had two 20-point outings in his first two seasons.
- It was also the fourth time this season he has made five three-pointers in a game. Before this season, he had achieved the feat once in his collegiate career.
