SPOKANE, Wash. — Gonzaga men's soccer head coach Aaron Lewis announced the addition Jorge Aspas Thursday.

Aspas joins the Bulldogs for the 2021 season. The native of Valencia, Spain, was a midfielder for his club team, Silla CF.

"I consider Gonzaga one of the top universities in the USA," Aspas said. "In addition, all the Gonzaga staff has given me their confidence since the first time I met with them."

Aspas, a 5-10 165-pound incoming freshman, intends to be a Business administration major at GU.
