PULLMAN, Wash. — The Gonzaga women's rowing team wrapped up regular season competition at Washington State University earlier today on the Snake River
In the Varsity 8 race, the Zags finished second with a time of 7:17.40 as WSU finished in 7:11.30.
The 2V8 boat placed second as they finished in 7:45.03. The Cougs took first with a 7:30.30 time.
In the 1V4 competition, GU took second with a time of 8:23.81. Washington State's boat finished in 8:10.34 to take first.
The 2V4 crew finished in 9:15.83 to take second as WSU finished in 8:42.98. In the 3V8 race, Gonzaga placed second with a time of 7:55.26 and the Cougs finished first in 7:45.28.
The Novice 8 boat finished first with a time of 8:20.4, finishing ahead of WSU's crew of 9:01.87.
Up Next: Gonzaga heads to the West Coast Conference Championships on May 14 at Lake Natoma, Calif.
