THE TIPOFF
- Gonzaga women's basketball hosts Portland this Saturday, Feb. 11. Both teams are tied for first place in the West Coast Conference at 12-1.Â
- GU is coming off a 78-56 road win at San Francisco on Saturday, Feb. 4.

Brynna Maxwell leads the team individually with 95.2 percent, which leads the conference. She currently has only missed three free throws so far this year and has made 59.Â

Brynna Maxwell has made a three-pointer in every game so far this season. Maxwell is shooting 52.2 percent from the three-point line to lead the nation.Â
- As a team, the Bulldogs are shooting a record breaking 41.8 percent from beyond the arc, which is currently ranked first in the country.Â
- Ejim leads the Zags in scoring with 16.9 points a game and has recorded four double doubles already this year. She has currently scored in double figures for 13-straight games and 22 times this season.

Kaylynne Truong is currently dishing out 5.4 assists a game to rank first in the conference and 22nd in the country. Overall, she has recorded 134 assists which is good for 14th in the nation. She has also scored in double figures in 15-straight games, and 22 games total this year. She is 16 points away from scoring 1,000 career points.Â

- The Bulldogs were picked to win the West Coast Conference. The Zags received nine first-place votes that and totaled 81 points in the poll. The poll is voted on by the league's 10 head coaches, and coaches are not allowed to vote for their own team. Portland received one first-place votes and was selected to finish second with 71 points, while BYU was voted to finish third with 55 points.
- Gonzaga has amassed a conference record of 257-33 (.886) during the last 17 seasons, which includes 16 West Coast Conference regular-season titles and nine WCC Tournament championships.
