SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga women's soccer announced its 2024 schedule Tuesday. The 19-match regular season slate features nine home games at Luger Field. It will be the first season under Head Coach
Katie Benz, who was promoted to the role in December.
The defending West Coast Conference Champion Bulldogs return to the pitch after advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in program history last season. GU went 14-4-2, and 6-1-1 in the WCC, in 2023, and won the program's first-ever league title and NCAA Tournament game.
Eleven of the Bulldogs' 19 opponents this upcoming season had winning records in 2023, with three advancing to the NCAA Tournament. The Zags start their regular season against three members from the Big 12, one from the ACC, and one from the SEC.
