Biography
Gonzaga University- Walked on to the Gonzaga roster as a freshman in 2009…had his most successful season as a Zag in 2010-2011 where he set his outdoor 1500 and 5000 meter and 8000 meter cross country PR’s as a sophomore…at the 2010 Inland Northwest Challenge held at Cheney, WA he ran his 8000 XC PR of 26:14…that following spring, on the track he set his 1500 meter PR of 4:15.81 at the Al Manuel Invitational in Missoula, MT where he placed 5th in his heat…during his final race as a sophomore he ran his seasonal and lifetime PR in the 5000 with a time of 15:38.14 which he ran at the 2011 West Coast Invite in Salem, OR
High School- Attended Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle, WA…competing two season in cross country and three years in track...senior cross country season set career-best 5K of 17:13 to finish 33rd in SeaKing District 3A Meet...finished 97th at Washington State 3A Championship in 17:24 and placed 99th in Nike Cross Nationals Northwest in Boise, Idaho...personal bests of 4:51 (1600) and 10:07 (3200)

Ran primarily 5000 meters...finished fourth in 5000 meters at Buc Scoring Invite hosted by Whitworth University in 15:52.98, the broke PR three more times with season-best 15:38.14 to finish 23rd at West Coast Invitational hosted by Willamette University...finished second in Sction 2 of 5000 meters in 15:39.65 at Duane Hartman Invitational hosted by Community Colleges of Spokane...finished eight in 3000 meters in 9:31.94 at Cougar Invitational hosted by Washington State University.
