Biography
Gonzaga University- Graduated in 2013 having competed for the Zags for 4 years…he primarily focused on the Mile and 3000 meters indoors and the 1500 outdoors with a yearly 5000 meters tossed in…found success as a junior indoors where he ran his lifetime PR of 8:44.41 in the 3000 meters at the 2012 UW Final Qualifier…the following indoor season he PRed in the Mile indoors at the Idaho Collegiate meet at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, ID with a time of 4:25.50 placing 2nd in his heat…in his final season as a Zag he ran his outdoor PR’s in the 1500 and 5000 meters…at the 2013 Oregon Relays he ran his 1500 PR of 4:04.60 and his 5000 PR a week later at the Duane Hartman Invitational with a time of 15:36.41…he set his 8k XC personal best in 2011 as a junior at the Inland Northwest Classic held at Spokane Falls Community College where he ran 26:00
High School- Graduated from Denver South in Denver, CO… earning four letters each in cross country and track... two-time All-City cross country selection, four-time All-City pick in track...won Kirk Hunderlider Outstanding Senior Athlete award for track for city of Denver…personal bests of 1:58 (800) and 4:30 (1600)
