Following the season during the summer at the FIBA U19 World Cup, Petrusev and Serbia placed seventh ... Petrusev scored 19.3 points per game and topped the tournament shooting 66.2 percent from the field. His 10.1 rebounds per game ranked third in the event ... Petrusev's 14 blocks and 2.0 blocks per game ranked fourth ... Petrusev led the tournament in efficiency (27.0 EFFPG) ... He was one of only six players that recorded three double-doubles in the event.

HIGH SCHOOL: Excelled at prep powerhouse Montverde Academy in Florida … helped Montverde win another national championship as a senior … The 6’10” forward scored 21 points in the national semifinals, before a 15-point performance in the championship game … helped guide Serbia to their second straight title at the FIBA U18 European Championships over the 2018 summer … had 29 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists in the Final and finished third in the tournament in scoring and rebounds, with 22.3 points and 8.7 boards per game respectively … also collected 3.1 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.1 steals … made nearly 61 percent of his shots from the field and 79.5 percent of his free throws ... he was named to the tournament's All-Star Five.
