Gonzaga- Transfers to Gonzaga after two years at the University of Wisconsin. Represented Gonzaga at the 2016 and 2017 West Coast Conference Cross Country Championships. Personal bests of 8:24.85 (Indoor 3K), 3:54.02 (1500) 14:34.48 (5k)

High School- A two-time state cross country champion, he won the 5000 meters at the 2013 Class 6A state cross country meet in 15:22.00 ... finished 12th in the event at the Nike Cross National Northwest Regional in 16:02.90 and 40th at the Nike Cross National Championships in 15:39.00 ... he finished third in 15:54.00 at the state cross country meet and fifth at the Nike Cross National Northwest Regional in 15:43.30 and 17th at the Nike Cross National Championships... won the state cross country meet in 15:41.00 in 2011 and was 10th at the NXN regional (15:58.80).

Personal- Chose Gonzaga because “There is a culture of success here as well as teammates and coaches who are going to bring out the best athlete and person in me.” Could have dinner with anyone living or dead: Jesus. Nickname: Baby Gap. Younger brother Daniel also runs for Gonzaga.
