Men's Tennis Team Suffers First Loss Of The Season To Portland

SPOKANE, Wash - Gonzaga University's men's tennis squad suffered their first loss this season at the hands of the University of Portland last Sunday.

The Pilots improve to 2-2 on the season while the Zags fell to 3-1 after the 6-1 dual match loss.

Senior Ken Bang picked up the Bulldogs lone win on the day. Bang defeated Quang Nguyen 6-2, 6-3 in No. 1 singles action.

The Bulldogs are idle until February 18 when they face Portland State University in Cheney, WA. Match-time is set for 11:30 a.m.
