Pepperdine Waves Sweep Women's Tennis

MALIBU, Calif. - Freshman Natalie Braverman recorded a 6-3, 6-0 win over Jamie Buterbaugh at No. 1 singles to help Pepperdine post a 7-0 win over Gonzaga in a dual match played Monday at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center.

The No. 35 ranked Waves improved to 2-0 on the season.

Pepperdine won all three doubles matches and then swept all six singles matches in straight sets.

The Bulldogs return to action Friday, Feb. 7, to open the Boise State University tournament in Boise, Idaho. Other tournament participants include Idaho State and Montana State.
