SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 blanking Saturday as the University of Idaho Vandals swept the Bulldogs at the Spokane Raquet Club.

Katie Rock and Sirrah Williams forced a tie-breaking set in No. 2 doubles action before Monica Martin and Barbara Kudilkova defeated them 9-8 (7-4).

Kudilkova returned to edge Jamie Buterbaugh 6-4, 6-3 in No. 1 singles action.

The Bulldogs return to action Saturday against Lewis-Clark State at noon in Lewiston, Idaho.
