Andrew Nembhard was the WCC Sixth Man of the Year.
- Kispert (19.3) and
Drew Timme (18.9) lead the WCC in scoring and field goal percentage (Timme, 65.4) (Kispert, 55.0). Kispert also tops the league in free-throw percentage (89.4) and three-point field goal percentage (44.7).
SERIES NOTES
- This is the 28th all-time meeting between Gonzaga and BYU. The Zags have a 20-7 advantage in the series, with all 27 matchups coming under
Mark Few.
- Gonzaga swept the season series winning in Spokane, 86-69, on Jan. 7, and 82-71 in Provo on Feb. 8.
- GU has won all five of the meetings against the Cougars in the WCC Tournament, including in the 2014, 2015 and 2018 championship games.
- GU has won seven of the 10 meetings in Provo, including six of the last seven matchups at BYU.
- Gonzaga has won seven of the 10 Spokane matchups in the series, all coming inside the McCarthey Athletic Center.

SCOUTING THE COUGARS:
- Second-seeded BYU advanced to the WCC Tournament Championships after outlasting third-seeded Pepperdine in the semifinals, 82-77, in overtime.
- Alex Barcello led the Cougars with 23 points and rebounds. Matt Haarms scored 18 points and blocked three shots, while Brandon Averette with 16 points and five assists.
- Alex Barcello averages a team-high 16 points per game on 53 percent shooting from the field, including 49.5 percent behind-the-arc. He's made a team-best 49 threes, and leads the Cougars with 112 assists this season.
- Matt Haarms adds 11.3 points per outing and leads the conference with 46 blocks.
- Averette chips in 11.6 points per game, and has made 40 three-pointers. Caleb Lohner is averaging a team-high 6.9 rebounds.
