The Gonzaga men's rowing team opens up spring competition this weekend at the OSU Duals. The Zags will race Oregon State, UC San Diego and Santa Clara. The races will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

"The first race of the year is always something you're excited for," Associate Head Coach Mark Voorhees said. "With a full weekend of racing on tap, we're looking to learn from each trip down the course and to keep building upon the progress we've made to this point in the year. We've got a fairly broad mix of novice and experienced guys, so the experience is going to be really important as we prepare for the rest of our spring racing."
