SEATTLE, Wash. – Less than 24 hours after notching the tenth-fastest 3000-meter time in program history, Gonzaga men's track's
Mason Kissell returned to the Dempsey Indoor oval on Saturday as five total Zags raced in the mile, concluding their two-day trip to Seattle.
In the third-fastest heat, Kissell finished fourth in 4:07.36 to enter the Gonzaga all-time top ten at number ten.
Although Kissell recorded the lone PR on the day for Gonzaga,
Logan Law (39th overall, 4:07.29),
Jacob Alfonso (43rd overall, 4:07.84),
Cooper Laird (65th overall, 4:12.34), and
Drew Kolodge (88th overall, 4:17.43) were each within a few seconds of their own PRs, just 20 hours after a grueling 3000-meter race on Friday.
