Spokane, Wash.- Gonzaga Baseball announced their fall ball schedule on Tuesday, playing two games at Patterson Baseball Complex that will be free to attend. The Zags also announced their 2026 roster, which features 19 new players to compliment a strong returning core.

The Zags will open their fall baseball season next Thursday when they host Lewis-Clark State on the 25th. They will play their second home game against the Okotoks Baseball Club on October 10. Admission to both games will be free, giving fans a chance to see the new players for the Gonzaga Baseball team before they begin play in the 2026 season.

Gonzaga will also travel to play at Oregon State on October 12th in Bend, Oregon. The game will be played at Vince Genna Stadium, home of the Bend Elks of the West Coast League collegiate summer league. The Beavers and Bulldogs will meet each other even more consistently when GU joins the PAC-12 for the 2027 season.

The Zags have also announced their 2026 roster, which has 35 players and 16 returning Bulldogs. The Zags return their top position player and pitcher, bringing back the WCC Player of the Year Mikey Bell and their Friday night starter Finbar O'Brien for their Junior year campaigns. The returning core will complement a fresh injection of talent, led by 6 freshman and 13 transfers.

The Freshman class features four players that were named to the respective All-State team in their home state, with Tre Morse and Landon Hood being named the high school Player of The Year in Idaho and Arizona, respectively.

The transfer class features several players that earned national recognition and awards during their career at junior colleges before joining the Zags. The full roster and up to date player information on every player, both new and returning, can be found on GoZags.com.

The team brings lots of experience into its final season in the WCC, featuring nine Seniors and four Graduate Students on the current roster. The Zags currently have 18 position players, and 19 pitchers on the roster, with two players listed as two way players. The pitching roster includes 7 left handed pitchers and 12 right handed pitchers.
