High School: Attended Archbishop Murphy in Everett, earning four varsity letters for Coach Jon Echols...helped team to finals of Washington State Class 2A Tournament in 2006 as sophomore, losing to Highline 2-1 in overtime in title match...defeated Orting 1-0 in semifinals, Port Townsend 1-0 in quarterfinals, taking shootout 3-1, and downed Elma 6-1 in first round...senior season recorded five straight shutouts late in the season as Archbishop Murphy made the playoffs, advancing to the 2A District 1 loser-out match, falling to Anacortes 1-0 in losing the shootout 4-2...missed first half of senior season after suffering broken ankle prior to start of season in a showcase event...junior season team advanced to 2A District 1 playoffs. Jeff Renslo[apos]s Collegiate Career FRESHMAN (2008): Redshirted at Gonzaga after attending open tryout but not making the roster. FRESHMAN (2009): Came out in the fall and made the team at Gonzaga...did not see any action behind senior veteran Scott Barnum.
