WTEN: Four Zags Tabbed College Sports Communicators Academic All-District

First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 1.

SPOKANE, Wash. -- Four Gonzaga women's tennis players were named to the 2022-23 CSC Academic All-District Women's Tennis Team, including Tiegan Aitken, Cate Broerman, Jenna Sloan, and Adrianna Sosnowska

The 2023 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's tennis honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 1.  The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed here

Broerman boasts a 3.8 GPA in Sport Management and graduates this May. Sosnowska holds a 3.76 GPA in the Business Administration graduate program at Gonzaga and earned a 3.89 in undergraduate. Sloan also is graduating with a 3.93 GPA in Sport Management as well. Aitken currently boasts a 3.97 GPA in Psychology.
