MTEN: Zags Conclude Performance at ITA North Regionals

SEATTLE, Wash. – The Gonzaga men's tennis team completed their performance at the ITA North Regionals this afternoon. Today's action saw a doubles pair from Gonzaga advance to the Main Draw Final for the third consecutive season.

Opening with the doubles competition, Gonzaga's Pablo Gomez Galvan and Leon Roider advanced to the Final of Main Draw by defeating Washington's Nedim Suko and Brett Pearson by a score of 3-6, 6-0, 10-6. With the victory, Galvan and Roider also qualified for the doubles competition at the ITA Super Regionals, and did not perform in the Main Draw Final.

In the singles competition, Gonzaga's Gus Krauel lost his Main Draw Quarterfinals match to Portland's Maxim Groysman, losing by a score of 6-1, 6-1. Groysman was another five-star recruit before joining the Pilots.

Up next:
The Zags will look to the future, having completed their participation in the ITA North Regionals with today's action. Gonzaga will hit the court next on October 20th, when they will perform at the ITA Super Regionals at Stanford.
