HIGH SCHOOL: Earned one varsity letter in cross country and track at Presentation High...also played soccer...voted Most Inspirational of cross country team as senior.

FRESHMAN (2007-08): Did not compete in any cross country events...ran two 1500m races in track with season-best 6:34.0 at Al Manuel Invitational at the University of Montana.
Misc.: 4.1 high school GPA (weighted)...earned both Girl Scout Silver Award and Gold Award...Presidential Academic Honors...Excellent Student in Spanish award...earned California Scholastic Federation and Mu Alfa Theta (math honor society) honors.
