HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in cross country at Darby High....earned All-State cross country accolades in 2004...also earned varsity letters in track, football and basketball...named All-State in track in 2006...earned 2005 All-Conference accolades in football...named All-Valley Basketball All-Star in 2006...captain for all four sports.

FRESHMAN (2006-07): Cross Country: Best performance of year was 27:28.0 at Sundodger Invitational hosted by University of Washington...ran 10:32.20 for 3200 Whitworth Short Course. Track: Concentrated primarily on 1500 meters in track with best time of 4:15.07 at the Willamette Invitational...ran 800 meters twice with season-best 2:04.12 for sixth place at Sam Adams Classic in Spokane...also ran 5000 meters with 16:31.68 for sixth at Duane Hartman Invitational at Community Colleges of Spokane.
SOPHOMORE (2007-08): Cross Country: Did not compete. Track: Ran 800 meters and 1500 meters twice each...had season-best 800 at Al Manuel Invitational at University of Montana in 2:05.14, just bet¬tering his previous season-best of 2:05.77 at Dusty Lane Open hosted by Community Colleges of Spokane...ran 14:24.5h 5000 meters at Pelluer Invitational hosted by Eastern Washington University.
SOPHOMORE (2008-09): Cross Country: Did not compete. Track: Did not compete.
JUNIOR (2009-10): Cross Country: Did not compete. Track: Split time between 1500 meters and 5000 meters...set PR of 4:11.54 for 1500 to finish second in section at Buc Scoring Invite hosted by Whitworth University...best 5000 meters time of season was 15:54.08 at WAR III hosted by Community Colleges of Spokane...ran 3000 meters at Cougar Invitational hosted by Washington State University, finishing 14th in 9:18.49.
Misc: 3.42 high school GPA...three time Academic All-State...National Honor Society...AP scholar.
