DENVER, Colo. – Earlier today, the Gonzaga men's tennis team finished their participation in the Denver Hidden Duel by facing Montana State. The last time the Zags played Montana State was during the 2021-22 season, when they defeated the Bobcats by a score of 4-0.
In the lone doubles match of the day, Gonzaga's
Tom Dunlop and
Gus Krauel earned a 7-5 victory against Montana State's Dario Ciobotaru and Adrian Daniel.
Moving to the singles competition, Dunlop clinched a 6-3, 6-4 court three win over Daniel. In the No.2 spot, Gonzaga's
Pablo Gomez Galvan lost 7-6, 6-3 to Ciobotaru. In the final match of the day, Gonzaga's
Matthew Hollingworth dominated, defeating Montana State's Andras Necz by a score of 6-4, 6-3 on court one.

Today's action closes Gonzaga's participation in the Denver Hidden Duel. The Zags will conclude their fall tournament season next weekend, as they will perform in the Gonzaga Fall Invite beginning on November 3rd.
