Men's Tennis Drops to San Diego State

The Bulldogs stay on the road to play Portland State on Saturday

SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- The Gonzaga men's tennis team fell 4-0 to San Diego State in a non-conference match today.

In doubles, Leon Roider and Pablo Gomez Galvan teamed up and fell 6-4 in the No. 2 spot. On court three, Gus Krauel and Tom Dunlop dropped their match 6-2. Sasha Trjulka and Matthew Hollingworth's match went unfinished at 5-4 as San Diego State had already clinched the doubles point.

Hollingworth competed on court two in singles and dropped a close 7-6, 6-4 match to Johannes Seeman. On court four, Gomez Galvan fell 6-3, 7-5 to Eugenio Gonzalez Fitzmaurice. On court six, Dunlop fell in straight-sets against Alexander Mandma, 6-1, 6-3.

With the match clinched at 4-0 for SDSU, the rest of the matches went unfinished.
